The content management systems created by Look Web Design, you (the client) are able to update all website content, you are responsible for keeping your passwords safe and not written down in any form. You must not, nor must any other person, use the Service: to send/receive or publish any material which is offensive, abusive, indecent, obscene, illegal, pornographic or menacing, or in breach of confidence, copyright, privacy or any other rights, to cause annoyance, inconvenience or anxiety. Should you publish any content either in written, visual or implied form, that breaks these rules, your account will be suspended without notice, and you agree to NOT hold Look Web Design responsible for any legal action that may be placed upon you by a third party that you have offended.
You must agree that Look Web Design may temporarily suspend the hosting we provide to carry out maintenance, improve stability or increase security of the service. We will endeavour to get the hosting service back to normal as soon as possible.
The items contained in the site, some of which are purely fictitious, for the reasons of website/product demonstration, may not necessarily represent actual products for sale by us or the opinions of Look Web Design, any of their staff or any other company that may be linked to us in any way.

Termination of Account
Look Web design reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, we do not allow any (in our opinion) inappropriate material (or links to) of any sort to be displayed, heard or implied via any web site we build or maintain. No 'spamming' (unsolicited e-mail) of any type is tolerated, and, if under our control, can lead to removal of your web site. No instruction on illegal activities is allowed or tolerated of any kind. Violations of system & network security is strictly forbidden or tampering with the any system with the purpose to inflict loss (or corruption) of data will also lead to a termination of your account, also you will lose any deposits paid by you or your company.
Secure Data Backup Services
In the event of non-payment, access to all stored data will be withheld. To unlock an account, full payment is required for all due storage fees. Stored data from closed or locked accounts will be retained by Look Web Design for a period of 90 days. This term is not binding but can only be altered in exceptional circumstances.
New Customers
We require a signed written request asking us to proceed before we can engage in any project. In addition, we must have a clear description of the ultimate outcome of the site, this is essential when designing your web site, and the creation of the web site will be deemed to be completed when this description, that you have provided for us, is met. All large projects are subject to a 100 GB pound or 20% deposit, whichever is the greater. We may also ask for a deposit for certain smaller projects. We offer favourable payment terms on a fixed basis for large or ongoing projects, this must be agreed by you before any work is started but all other account balances must be settled within 14 days of completion. In exceptional circumstances we may register your chosen domain name on your behalf before any payment is made by you, if you decide that you no longer require the domain name or change the name of your website you are still liable for the costs incurred by Look Web Design. If payment is not made by you within one month of purchase of the domain name, then we have full rights to the domain name and any profits made by re-selling the domain name or profits made by successful implementation of the website. We reserve the right to display any project on our portfolio pages of this site and we may also use the design and details of the material in other means of advertising. We may link to your site from our portfolio page. Look Web Design require notice if a link from your web site to our web site, before any such link is published.
Registration of domain name and any work carried out by Look Web Design on behalf of you the client, but the rights to use this domain name remain the property of Look Web Design until the account balance is paid in full. However, for administration purposes we register the domain name on your behalf, and should you wish to transfer the domain name to your name there may be an administration fee payable, not charged by Look Web Design, but by Nominet (the registration body for all UK domain names), and you are liable for this fee should you wish to transfer the domain name to your name or another name (or company name). For non-UK domain names, any owner name change is subject to a transfer fee, which is also payable by the person requesting the transfer. NB. These rules are to avoid letting your domain name expire due to a breakdown in communication (such as an email address or home address change), that you fail to let us know about, and letting your domain name becoming available for others to register. Our domain name registration is only subject to availability and we are not to be held responsible if a desired domain name is not available. Look Web Design own the exclusive rights to the code / functionality / layout designs of all work carried out on behalf of clients unless otherwise stated. We may also use systems that incorporate a template design that may have your company (or individual) logo or name on, this is for your website branding and not for the rights to the design or template that we use on your website. Such code may not be copied, sold or adapted for used elsewhere except where indicated otherwise. We may use the design of your website on future website/logo designs that we sell, unless otherwise stated or you have proof in writing from us that we have built you an individual design, that we will not replicate to some degree, This does not imply that your design will be of high quality or not have your individual branding on, only that the design may be replicated by us. We refer in particular to database driven web sites and also some overall designs and layouts, CGI/Perl/PHP/Flash Action scripting which may not be replicated, sold or modified without the express written permission of Look Web Design. Following completion of all work involved, Look Web Design will issue an invoice for the remaining balance of the account. All account balances must be settled within 14 days of receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed by Look Web Design in writing.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
